- Transactional information related to purchases or subscriptions processed through third-party payment processors (we do not store full payment card numbers).

You can adjust browser or device settings to block or delete cookies. You may also opt out of certain interest-based advertising as described in the state privacy sections below.
Opt-Out Preference Signals
Where required by applicable U.S. law, we recognize and honor user-enabled global privacy signals (e.g., Global Privacy Control) as a request to opt out of sale/sharing for the browser or device sending the signal.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. As a general guide: account and profile data may be retained for up to 24 months after your last activity; log and analytics data may be retained for up to 12–24 months; and legal, security, and transactional records may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business needs. Public blockchain data cannot be altered or deleted by us.
Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
International Users
Our Services are operated in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your country.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), we provide the following notice about our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in the preceding 12 months:
- Categories Collected: Identifiers (e.g., name, email, IP address, online identifiers, wallet addresses); Customer records (contact details); Commercial information (subscription or purchase history); Internet or network activity (usage, device, and analytics data); Geolocation (approximate, derived from IP); Inferences (preferences or interests); User content and communications. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as defined by California law, and if we incidentally receive any, we limit its use to permitted purposes.
- Sources: You (directly), your devices and browsers (automatically), service providers, advertising/analytics partners, publicly available sources, and on-chain data sources.
- Business/Commercial Purposes: To provide and improve the Services; personalize content; analytics and research; marketing and advertising; security and fraud prevention; compliance and legal.
- Disclosure for Business Purposes: We disclose personal information to service providers and contractors for operational purposes (hosting, analytics, security, customer support, payments, communications).
- Sale/Sharing: We do not sell personal information for money. We may engage in activities that constitute "sharing" or a "sale" under California law (e.g., allowing third-party cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising and analytics). You can opt out by contacting us at [email protected] and by using a supported opt-out preference signal in your browser.
- Retention: We retain data as described in the Data Retention section above.
California Privacy Rights
California residents have the right to: (1) know/access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you; (2) delete personal information, subject to exceptions; (3) correct inaccurate personal information; (4) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; (5) limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (if collected); and (6) be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.
How to Exercise: Submit a request by emailing [email protected] or by mail to the address listed above. We will verify your request by matching information you provide with information we maintain. If we cannot verify your identity, we may request additional information or deny the request as permitted by law. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification and proof of authorization.
Opt-Out Preference Signals: We honor valid browser-enabled opt-out signals (e.g., GPC) for the device/browser used.
Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah Residents
Residents of these states may have rights to access, confirm, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling. To exercise, contact [email protected]. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision within 45 days; we will provide a written explanation of our final decision.
Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit Do Not Track (DNT) signals. There is no industry consensus regarding DNT. We respond to legally required opt-out preference signals as described above.
Third-Party Services, Links, and Wallets
The Services may reference or allow interaction with third-party sites, tools, wallets, or exchanges. Your use of third-party services is governed by their privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Public blockchain transactions are inherently transparent and not controlled by us.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We will post the updated policy with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
